Not surprised they have shut their doors. While the place, in theory , was a great idea...in reality it all came down to the fact that, although they were soliciting everyone for business they really only wanted their competition level cronies in the place and were rude and dismissive to everyone else. The end, for me was when I shelled out the big bucks to allow my dog to have open course time and they came up, after much pointed staring and whispering amongst themselves to let me know the error of my ways. There was no apology forthcoming for their assumption. A few weeks later When I informed them that I was leaving class due to my other dog being diagnosed with cancer and having vary little time left I was treated to a question of how old my dog was and a dismissal of it being terrible since
My dog was old...and just recently, a competitor friend of their had lost young dogs to a car accident. Well obviously they work with dogs because their people skills suck, I didn't even bother to ask for a refund...I walked and apparently, eventually , so did everyone else. Good.
