Was in town for some Baseball Spring training. Booked the hotel on Priceline. Hotel was centrally located and bordered Old Town Scottsdale. Though the staff was friendly and helpful, the rest of the accommodations were far less than what I would expect for a room listed for $309...not including taxes and all the additional fees. Our room was located on the 3rd floor above the entrance to the hotel lobby where all the noise from incoming patrons could be heard; the golf carts dropping and picking up guests was reminiscent to the Autopia cars at Disneyland and just as loud. The rooms were old and small, with a bathroom door that was similar to a prison cell door that would slide to cover the doorway; no privacy. The single door to the adjoining room had a large gap at the bottom and allowed for every sound to be heard from our neighbors. The entry door also had a large gap and allowed for all the noise from the hallway to be amplified.
Would not suggest this hotel. It may have just been the location of this block of rooms, but nonetheless, the noise at many levels was unacceptable.
