  • I wish this super cute bar wasn't in Independence, because when I am in the mood for a wine bar, I am not any where near Independence. That being said, all you Southwest suburb dwellers or frequenters had better take advantage. The Budapest Blonde has a lot of ambiance, and as Keith Charles would put it, talent, even if it tends to be a cougar den. If I were a single male, this is where I would go.
