  • What a joke of an Insurance Company. I was hit by a USAA policyholder several weeks ago & filed an immediate auto claim with them. Weeks later USAA wouldn't even return my calls or communicate via email on the claim. I sent in pictures of damage & was told they couldn't take attachments and then they return a email that is blank. If you are a veteran look elsewhere for Insurance. Like the Liberty Mutual TV ad " Maybe You Should Check Out The Company." This USAA spends mega dollars on TV. Look Out !!Their service sucks & they leave you holding the bag.
