  • SO for some reason the "hot sandwhiches" are no longer served hot. Instead they are served room temp. My coworkers and I have ordered silver mine for the last 3 years. When I complained about cold sandwhiches about 6-9 months ago I was told because of all the cold ingretients on them. Now we tried them again today and what ya know 3 more cold sandwhiches and one of them didn't even have cold stuff on it besides cheese. The managers need some serious customer service skills training and should be fired. Thanks Gorhm st SM in Madison, YOUR food and service is horrible and you should be ashamed of yourselfs
