  • Had a car alarm (Viper) installed about a year ago with fantastic service from Jason and crew. A few months ago, we had to lower the sensitivity of it (loud cars driving by would set it off) and they adjusted it right away with no charge. Finally a few weeks ago, someone tried to steal the car and cut the wire to the alarm, but little did they know there is a kill switch if the wire is cut, so they couldn't get the car started! That saved us right there! We went back to see Jason that same Sunday morning and told him what happened. They rewired it and made some adjustments, once again no charge. I have nothing but great things to say about Jason and all of the people at Audio Express! Thank you guys SO MUCH! The alarm has paid for itself and we couldn't have asked for better customer service. Definitely recommend to anyone needing a car alarm or stereo equipment and we will definitely be back for those services!
