  • Alex Saloutos ---- Ask for Alex as he is about as good as it gets for Realtors when buying a house. He goes over and above and is willing to work that extra little bit that makes all the difference between getting a good house and a GREAT HOME. My fiance and I could not have asked for a better realtor. Alex had this spreadsheet that he used to compare the asking price of the houses we were looking at and the comparable sale prices of homes in the area. He didn't need to put that information togehter but it helped so much in offering a fair price for a house and knowing that we were not dramatically overpaying or undercutting the local values.
