  • The doctors do nothing the initial day you come in. They ask questions then ask you to come back multiple other days to finish your visit. You'll wait a minimum of 30-45 minutes past your appointment time before being seen. The receptionist are preoccupied talking about their personal lives instead of handling their work. I was supposed to receive a call after the referral person got off lunch as I needed her to verify she had my referral before they'd let me book another appt. 6 hours later I never received a call, she must've taken a long lunch because when I called back nobody had even mentioned it to her yet. You're better off giving another office your time, business, and money.
