  • Whatever you do - do not overpay them or you will have a very difficult time getting a refund! Had no problem with the doctor, but their business and accounting practices leave much to be desired. There is no excuse to have to wait a month or longer for a refund! I would be in collections if they were waiting for their money! This leaves a very bad taste especially when they lie and say check is in the mail! Haven't received it yet. Very disappointed.No excuses for this!
