  • I had an excellent experience with Leo at Chapman. Had an after market towing hitch and trailer connecting socket installed for pulling a UHaul trailer (not installed at Chapman). Unfortunately, when we went to pick up the trailer, the electrical did not work. We were moving the next day, and definitely in a bind. I normally go to Airpark Jeep, but Chapman is closer, so I contacted them! I was connected with Leo. I explained my situation, and luckily he was able to get us in that day, and get the computer reprogrammed so the electrical was working. He was extremely friendly and professional. It was a pleasure working with him! Thank you!
