Terrible service for repairs. I've been working with Riley. In MARCH I CHOSE to send my Infiniti to Coulter after my neighbor rear ended my parked car. The repairs were terrible and I had to bring my car back in for the job to be completed correctly. When I picked up the car I was surprised when they told me I had to pay a couple hundred for betterment on the vehicle, this had never been told to me by my neighbor's insurance company or the shop. The shop should have contacted me with what repairs needed to be done and what to expect should there be a fee. I spoke with the insurance company and they said Coulter was not authorized to charge me and they had received a double payment.
It gets worse. The first time I had to get gas after the repairs my gas tank wouldn't open, leaving me stranded and late for work. I called Riley and he clearly did not care about me, all he said was "we had nothing to do with that". "Well Riley my tank opened before I took my car in and I'm no mechanic but if you have to replace my entire back bumper, my tank is near the side of the bumper". I had to beg him to send someone and the mechanic just took a screwdriver and pried it open, breaking the locking mechanism.
Riley tells me he has to speak to the insurance company to fix the damage his mechanic just caused, so of course they've now profited again from terrible service.
Even worse, it is now May and I am still fighting to get my money back that was wrongfully charged that Riley has emailed and admitted is owed to me. He tells me it will take weeks for my reimbursement to be approved by his boss who is on vacation. Let me repeat that, the terrible repairs were done in March. . . Today is May 24. Riley does not care about his customers or customer service, just that he gets paid, even if that means stealing from someone who thought they could trust Coulter.
I live right down the street and need additional work on my vehicle. I will not return.
