  • Absolutely horrible place that I will never be using again nor will I ever recommend this place to anyone. I dropped off two boxes to be shipped out within the last week and both times the gentleman working seemed like he had better things to be doing. (And could not even be bothered for a receipt when asked for one). Whether it's wasting time sitting out back speaking with carriers instead of helping customers (that are clearly standing at the desk waiting for service), or simply not bothering to care or answer any customer questions in regards to shipments, this place is an absolute joke. I wish I would have looked at the reviews on here before I even bothered to use this place because the 1.5 star speaks for itself. If the gentleman that runs the store happens to read this, I think it's time that you retire and put someone in your position who cares about the business and their customers because you're going to run it into the ground. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.
