  • Waited TWO HOURS for our meal. Yes, they were busy, but a highly rated restaurant should be able to manage a busy night. Maybe waiting an hour for a mean to arrive but TWO?!!? I think not at an expensive and well regarded establishment. Worst was the manager who came over to said "it is what it is on a busy night" with no offer of even a dessert on the house. Wow. Food was good but not fantastic for that wait. Lots of other amazing restaurants in Madison - try a different one!
