  • I used to go to this location all the time and I really loved the Bodyworks and kickboxing classes especially Colleen's. I recently moved to Mississauga and started going to the locations there. Today I visited Fletcher's location and asked to get my measurements read done so that I can keep track of my progress. I have done this many times with no problems and have always been treated very nicely and with respect by the trainers at this location until today. Clint, who is apparently the training director was extremely rude. He acted as though he didn't understand what I meant by having my measurements done and asked me the same questions over and over again in an obvious attempt to avoid helping me. He said that a trainer needs to do this and said that all of the trainers were very busy. I looked over at them and they were all eating cake at the front desk. When I finally said hey it doesn't look like anybody is busy over here measurements take literally two minutes to do, he said fine! I will just do them! Which I obviously declined because I do not want to have someone with such a poor, contentious attitude take my measurements. I am now on my way to GoodLife across the street, where many of my girlfriends have gone recently, apparently it's way better than this location. After being treated how I was today, I think any gym is better than this! Very disappointing because I really enjoyed going here before, all the trainers were so nice. Clint should not be in a position of working with customers, in my opinion. Ps. As a salesperson myself, I understand that great service is a huge part of selling. I would never buy PT from a person like Clint. I don't think anyone would.
