  • Liars! Do not sign any arbitration agreement, it is not needed for financing. I was told they would match the rate I was pre-approved from my bank, they did not. They then placed all types of extra fees in the loan agreement from loan origination, to document prep fees. The car came with a CPO warranty. It has since been in the shop for several issues that should have been caught during the CPO inspection. Do not buy a car from this dealership.
