  • Also a ZERO stars fits better than 1 star. They sent out a technician on Monday morning to repair my AC and he was there about 7 minutes and said a part had broken and tripped the breaker. he said it was fixed and left. 2 hours later the temp had risen 5 degrees. I tried for the next 29 hours to contact the company to resend someone out. This included 9 phone messages, 1 email message, HBW 2-10 representative leaving a message and I have heard nothing. It was not until after HBW 2-10 sent a recall notice to them they Texted my wife to give an appointment for Thursday, 4 days of no AC in 120-117 degree weather. They have still never responded to my phone calls. Do not use this company if you need something done urgently, or if you want to actually talk to them as their only phone number is an Automated ONLY service. I do not believe the 3/28/17 review as they do not have anyone answering the phone. It is a completely automated service, which does tell you several times that they understand people don't like to talk to a automated service, BUT they will call back with in the next business day. HAHAHA LOL that is funny only if you are not in a house with no AC in 120 weather. UPDATE: they finally came and looked at the AC and this technician, who clearly did not want to talk to me at all over the phone, said the first technician should have realized that several other part had gone bad and they again popped the breaker. he replaced what needed to be replaced, there about an hour and a half.
