Find another pool.
I came here with a group of 12. None of us will be back. There are so many options in Vegas. Don't waste your money or time.
We arrived at 10 as the pool was opening. No one had been in the water yet and it was already filthy. At least start with a clean pool.
No outside food is allowed, which would be fine if they actually had a decent menu. We started with tater tots. They were undercooked and soggy. So, we switched to hot dogs. Gas station hot dogs that have been out for 24 hours are more appetizing. Pizza is decent in a pinch but don't have high expectations.
Our last issue was a discrepancy with our bill. The managers (Eric and Nick) came out to talk to us. We spent around $1000. You would expect that to gain some level of respect. Or at least the professionalism that a manager should carry themselves with. Wrong. There are so many different ways they could've handled it that would been appropriate. They chose none of them. There's no need to escalate an issue that should've been a quick fix. Not to mention it's their job. Hospitality classes are in order. No need to be hostile and degrading.
