  • This place is a god awful hell hole. Seriously one of my worst experiences ever!!!! This place has such bad customer service, very rude and unprofessional. That's not the worst thing about them, their rooms are filthy, disgusting and unsanitary. My family and I had booked them through Priceline and we were guaranteed at 3 star hotel, we have never had such bad luck. We have 3 young children, 5,2, and 1 years old. They were with us while traveling. Straight to the point my 2 year old sits on an accent chair in the room we were given and a cockroach crawls out of the chair and over my child's hand. She screamed and freaked out. My husband and I packed our bags and left the room with our children and demanded a refund. They refused and told us that we were the ones that might have brought the roach with us. We checked in to another hotel and my 2 year old had nightmares the whole night and still today, it's been two weeks since we stayed there. Never come here they need to be investigated and shut down. I don't want to give any stars but in order for me to post I have to choose a star rating. This place is COCKROACH INFESTED!!!
