  • Pretty often we have no internet connection. Every time this happen, we have to turn off modem wait a while then turn back on. I swear we did this like 100 times in a couple days. Cable side, we watching movies then all sudden screen gets freeze. It's happen pretty often (especially in good part of movie) too. I really don't recommended cox communications. Wow I really don't see that much bad reviews for anything how wondered how they do business thogh.
