  • Yield the one star. These people are monsters. They do not answer the phone you cannot make an appointment or follow up. The front office staff are recruited from the homeless shelter. I'm 5 months pregnant I've had strep in my ear for a Month and a half. It took 3 weeks to get an appt after they decided to call back I've left messages with the answering service they still won't answer I took the day off work to just sit in the office in hope of getting help. They won't even let me speak to an office manager. I literally sat here and cried for 3 hours w no regard for me as a human let alone as a pregnant woman. You would be appalled if you saw how they handle handicap people who can't hear or see!!!! Others intervene to help the disabled since the staff won't. A poor man came for surgery, they took his copay made him wait 20 min then when he said excuse me my surgery was scheduled for 5 min ago. They then said after taking his money that they don't do surgery here and he was supposed to be in green valley. They had to refund his money and were super rude This place is the worst excuse for a medical institution I've ever seen No one should be subjected to this place
