Customer service was nice. Other than that it is a horse shit airline. We got to the airport 2.5 hours early and waited forever to check a car seat. Once we get to the counter they said our flight was cancelled because of the earlier delayed flights. So now we are staying at the airport overnight. For 8 hours. With a 4 year old. Delta is a terrible airline and shout get their crap together. Too bad I can't also tag sky harbor for having to steam clean and vacuum the carpet at 2am.
