rev:text	"UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT" the sign says. Well, I want it back under OLD management. The new owner's name is Wallace and he verbally abuses his employees in front of customers. TAKE NOTE--- owner/manager's name is WALLACE and does not deserve your business!!! We took some pants to get them hemmed. On a Friday, it was still under old management. The pants were just a tad bit too long and needed to be readjusted. On a Saturday, it was under new management and we got the dark grey pants back hemmed in BLUE thread which looked like it was hemmed by hand and not by machine as the thread was loosely put together. LIVID that they even considered giving the pants back to us in that condition we came back to ask for a refund. THEN the VERBAL ABUSE unfolded right before our eyes. This new owner/manager Wallace is the MOST UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE, INCONSIDERATE, MEAN and just downright HATEFUL person we've ever had to deal with. First, he yelled at his employee and yelled at us, then yelled at his wife who runs the nail shop next door. What's up with all the yelling WALLACE?? When we demanded a refund he decided to throw the cash back at my face. All I can say is WOW. Never have I encountered.... I feel awful for those employees and his wife. If it didn't seem like they needed a job, I would advise them to QUIT now. I realize that it wasn't their fault that the service was bad. Who can operate under that kind of violent abuse?? This man has no business running a business. Wallace, you're a terrible human being and you need to get yourself checked into an anger management program. I'd rather see your store go out of business than to ever see you treat your employees like that. For their sake, I hope your store runs to the ground.
