  • I've been pretty critical of Chipotle restaurants in the past. I'm pleased to say that this one makes the grade! Clean, friendly, efficient, and the food is great! I walked in during the lunch rush at the busiest shopping center in the Southeast US with about 8-9 people in front of me and somehow I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. The girl working food counter was incredibly efficient, yet still friendly. She was asking the person next in line what they wanted while assembling another order (without making mistakes). The line moved quickly and next thing I knew I was out the door. The cashier was also friendly and welcoming. I made my way to the soda self-serve counter and noted that it was clean with all the utensils organized and full. Solid staff, I hope management is proud. The parking lot is an absolute zoo, remember that comment I made about being the busiest shopping center around? It's Concord Mills, and Chipotle not only shares no boundary with the mall but neighboring Outback Steakhouse and Bonefish Grill. It also doesn't help that the closest mall entrance is one of the busiest so be prepared for an invigorating round Monster Truck Death Match with the little old lady driving a Prius. You may also consider parking in Mecklenburg county which is a brisk 2.5 mile walk. Well done guys. Just as good as the University location, with the convenience of being close to home!
