  • They deserve no stars. I just called them to make sure that there were no changes to our ATV Tour scheduled for April 8th. I made this reservation 3 months ago. I was informed by the Awesome Adventure receptionist that my reservation was cancelled yesterday because they have a large group at a different location and they need the ATV that our family had reserved. I asked her why no one bothered to call me. They had no problem canceling my reservation but had not yet refunded my money. I think it is very unprofessional and poor business to cancel someone's reservation a week before and not even bother to inform them. I had to call to find out. Secondly, don't make reservations you do not plan to honor if a larger group comes along and needs your reserved vehicle. My 9 year old will be very disappointed but I am sure it does not matter to this business as long as they make their money. This company obviously does not stand by their name or they would not cancel one reservation to accommodate another. Very disappointed. I will never book with this company and I would never recommend it to anyone. I hope the profits it made from the large group is worth it.
