  • Although the service is good, this office is not! I have three children and each appointment I have had to wait an average of 45 minutes- 1 hour before seeing the doctor. The worse part is they get you in quick to the room and take the vitals but then just leave you in there for a LONG TIME! I have had so many times where I was waiting with my undressed baby in the back room with my 2 other kids bored out of there minds not knowing when the doctor is coming in. At least let me wait in the waiting room with the disney movie, and books. SO FRUSTRATING! After calling to reschedule an appointment and not being able to see any of their 10 doctors/NP/or PA I am DONE! MY TIME IS VALUABLE TOO! I would not ever recommend this pediatric office to anyone.
