  • I've had batteries replaced here a few times, and a more extensive repair done to my Swiss watch. I've had a very positive experience - the watch repair had some issues that were entirely outside the control of the owner/operator (water getting in because some apparently pre-existing issues with the watch), and he went out of his way to fix them over several follow-up visits at no additional charge. He has a practical, non-nonsense way of dealing with customers, which may not work for everyone, but I appreciate it. He answered all of my questions and stands by his work.
