  • We've used Ketchum's Automotive for the past 7 years and are so pleased with the skill & cost with which they fix our car issues. We are even more amazed by the integrity with which they approach their business. I just called today to ask about a brake shimmy issue on my 2014 4-Runner. I ask Scott Ketchum, "Should I just bring it in for a tune-up and you check the brakes?" Scott answers, "You don't need a tune-up until you have 120,000 miles. You wait for your next oil change and we'll check the brakes then." What honesty. How many other shops would have said, sure, yeah, you need a BIG tune-up, Lady.??!!?? This is why we take all our repair needs to Ketchum's.
