  • Steak was not cooked right they took it back to fix it still couldn't get it right at that point everybody in my party was done eating kids are getting restless I told him I didn't even want the meal and the manager was so nice she covered my whole bill because of their mess up I kept insisting that I would like to pay for what my kids ate and she kept telling me not to worry about it I must say that is very good customer service she was very nice and we will continue to keep eating at this Applebee's
