  • Our side by side refrigerator/freezer wasn't keeping the food cold so we called Vladimir. He came out the next day and diagnosed the problem as a malfunctioning control board. Fortunately he carries all kinds of appliance parts on his truck and was able to replace the board immediately. His prices are fair and he really seems to know what he's talking about. I recommend eliminating the middle man and call this small business owner. We will call him again if we need appliance repair.
