  • This place is exceptionally beautiful however I've been coming here for years and don't ever remember having the experience I've had the last couple times. Their customer service has really started slacking. Every person I came into contact with who worked there was rude. I work in customer service and if you aren't up to having a smile on your face and treating people with general respect then maybe you should find another job. The people who work here must think they are above everyone else which is unfortunate as it makes me want to not come here again. Vegas is all about an experience and they are certainly not wanting to provide that. They know they have a nice venue and they could care less if you return. I come into contact with a lot of people in my job who ask me where to go when they come to Vegas and this place is being removed from that list.
