| - I have a yearly pass for Jackson's/Danny's so I stop in at all of the locations, this one is not one of the better ones and I do avoid it even though I drive by it pretty much every day. This one is always crowded and backed up, it also seems to have a revolving door of employees, never the same faces. The ticket writers at this location are in for the hard sell and don't take no for an answer(I finally had to tell him to F off to get him to shut up) To make matters worse, against my better judgement I stopped in and these A holes broke my drivers side mirror.
A little back story on the mirror, I have GM motorized folding mirrors and they don't like to be manually folded by hand, they only like the electric switch, it's a flawed design, I know, GM never thought "hey, maybe someone might fold the mirrors manually". Danny's broke the passenger side mirror years ago manually folding it so i'm very careful to tell them not to fold them, it is completely unnecessary, I have driven trough hundreds of time with them folded out , the car was does nothing to them. So what does the idiot warned not to touch the mirrors do? Closes them by hand breaking the cheap plastic gear inside, now neither mirror folds, and even worse, now the driver side mirror wobbles necessitating replacement which is like $400 for the part. I could have lived with the not folding but the wobbling is a deal breaker. Thanks Jackson's.
Two stars, I will avoid this location.
