  • I went to this location to get a navigation system for my car. First off their prices are at least double what you'd pay on Amazon so do your homework before coming and they will price match. an example of this is the nav unit itself. Best Buy wanted $899 and i got it online for $465 after taxes and shipping. This goes for all the parts needed to install it as well. The salespeople told me they charged higher because they have a lifetime guarantee on whatever parts you buy from them. I dont know if thats really true or not, all i know is that i saved about $700 after everything was done through buying from Amazon. The installers did a great job and had me out the door in a little less time than the 2.5 hours they said it would take so kudos to them. The unit works great so far and the guy who installed it was friendly and professional in answering my questions. This place gets a low rating because they are that much overpriced. No wonder this business is slowly going under. Its called the free market Best Buy!
