  • Recently brought home a meal from this Olive Garden and as silly as it sounds the breadsticks were rock hard...which anyone that eats at Olive Garden knows how sad that is...lol and the lid was not placed all the way on one of the meals in the bag and it kind of made a big mess. I called and spoke with the manager who was so nice, He sent me a gift card for the meal! We have eaten at this Olive Garden many times and always had a good experience. The way the manager handled my "complaint" was so unexpected and it was so appreciated!
