  • I wish I could give this place more then 5 stars! I was traveling on the Ohio Turnpike from Maryland to Detroit by myself when everything started shutting down and I was stranded. Thankfully this NTB in Strongsville was open on a Sunday and were able to replace the alternator. From the moment I walked into the facility, everyone was above and beyond friendly and they knew I was traveling by myself and wanted to make sure I was able to get back on the road. I didn't feel like a customer, I felt more like a member of their family. THEN....... a week later when I was returning home to Maryland, my battery gauge needle was ALL the way to the right. I was close enough to the NTB Strongsville facility to quickly stop in and check it out. Again, they couldn't be more hospitable and accommodating. Turns out it was just the gauge going bad and I drove away confident I would make it home safely. About 3 hrs later I was getting gas and realized I left my purse at their facility..... UGH!!!! When I called them they found my purse and the next day an employee named Hazell Hayes brought it to FedEx to send it back to me. Hazell Hayes even offered to pay for the shipping and I could pay him back once I got my purse in the event FedEx wouldn't take credit card over the phone. Who does that nowadays in a world where not too many people trust others!! So not only did I feel this facility was professional..... they were also friendly and kind! I wish they were close to me here in Maryland because I know where I would take my car from hereon! And if they ever read this post, thank you from the bottom of my heart!! UPDATE: I just received a call from Hazell Hayes asking whether or not I received my purse. What great people!!
