rev:text	What a disaster of a place. I have gone there previously when it was under Jennifer's management and I had amazing experience, it was a small little place with the right atmosphere at a very good price, the package was great. Yesterday my friend and I went for our usual Spa pamper and the place was awful. In first place we could not get a hold of them because no one answers the phone or emails. When I got a hold of them finally the person who picked up the phone he hard time understand what I wanted and explaining whatever it was he was trying to get across. As for yesterday the two ladies that were taking care of us were completely unprofessional. Talked loud either to us or among each other during our session, made awful ruckus with the stones and everything they did, the massage was good. My friend got and RMT massage with a lady that kept on saying out loud! How terrible her "condition" was and trying to get her to come twice a week because "today I can't help you and this is not in your typical soft spoken spa whisper but loud yap. Your back is very bad" while we were enjoying a moment of silence between treatments trying to relax she came in with a form that my friend filled out to make sure her name and # were filled out properly like this couldn't wait till the end. I requested a pedicure, in the past I always did facials, they do not have proper equipment to give you a proper pedicure and the girl gave me mediocre pedi she filed my nails! Buffed them and then just cut cuticles for two seconds, she didn't scrub my feet properly I had to get up and show her, and her nail polish application... I have her finger prints on my nail polish from when she was checking if it tried and she got some around my toes-that's horrendous! I was very annoyed definitely I am not going back and I highly advise against going there, honestly it's better to spend few extra $$ and try the spa across the street or just research.
