I have 2 cats that I've been bringing there for one year now and it's been a year too long.
They killed my cat! Yes, by that I mean is that they authorized the neutering of my 1yr old cat knowing very well his condition. He became paralyzed right after his operation and after they said they couldn't see him cause they were too busy, they said to go to the emergency. After seeing another vet 2 times, there was nothing we could do, we had to put our cat down, we tried steroids but that didn't work either.
So we called back Bloor Animal Hospital again to advise them that their written decision costed the life of our cat and that we at least appreciate it if they could put him down at no cost since their approval cost his life, not to mention that the quick visit approval had cost us 80$. They said they would have to charge us 200$!
The receptionist was very cold and didn't care at all and even said they never approved the neutering. I beg to differ since I have all the documents from them stating this...
