  • This is one of the worst apartments to live in in the Phoenix Valley I highly recommend not moving into this place whatsoever the management is very very rude and disrespectful and cares nothing about the tenant only about the money. I've had several problems with them and they don't care about anything that I have to say all they care about is themselves the manager even told me that I don't get to say anything to her and she runs the show and she makes all the decisions last time I checked the tenants are the ones to keep her job with job security Im paying the rent and all they care about is themselves they're very snooty even the accountant is very snooty there's only one or two people in the office that are very friendly do not move into this place! I repeat do not move into this place. Oh and I moved out and cleaned he whole place there was only holes where I mounted my tv's which they said in moving in that it was fine for that. I paid a $250 deposit and got back $16.00. Hahahhahahahhaha what a joke.
