rev:text	Stay away from him. You have no idea what you are dealing with. Billing you for talking to the tenant without my consent, contrary to the practice which he does to mess up the case on purpose and prolong everything. I regret having met him. He is nothing but bad news. After a year, he continues to bill and I have not even seen this man. I hired a lawyer after him, a decent lawyer. He took care of the problem in one hour. This man is nothing but a joke.
