I did a reservation for an Enterprise car through CarRentals in Kayak almost 2 weeks in advanced, and the day before the pick up I received a call from Enterprise telling me that the location for pick up I was given by CarRentals was wrong, as the North Las Vegas Airport is only for those arriving on private planes. With less than 24 hour until the date I needed the rental, I tried to reach out to CarRentals but they only provide an email for customer support for their company (which they answered two days later), so I called the number they provide for Enterprise. Enterprise was incredibly understanding of the inconvenience, found availability and rearranged the location to McCarran Airport instead, and honored the price I was given when I booked my reservation (a big relieve given that the price difference for a new reservation with such a short notice was considerably higher). I would definitely rent with them again in the future, through their website instead. I was very pleased with their service.
