I wish I could give 0 stars. The staff talk about the customers in the store to each other and to other customers, particularly two older women in their late 60s maybe one long hair and the other short hair ,falsely accused multiple customers of stealing who all strangely fit the same profile. After watching them cause a scene between three individual customers in the short time I was in this very dirty ,messy, obviously not being kept up to other dollar tree standards, I took my business else where. I couldn't believe how these two women were behaving and ganging up one customer acussing her of stealing and being with another customer they just accused of stealing. This customer obviously wasn't stealing and left appalled as did I. I wish I got those cashiers names because I would like to call corporate and let them know these employees are running this location into the ground. I heard one lady say she was going to call security and one actually emerged from the back! Where was he this whole time??. Isn't it his job to observe the customers and catch them stealing before acussing them of actually stealing? And the cashiers job is to exchange goods for money and keep up the appearance of the store? These cashiers failed at doing any of that and I have a feeling they behave this way a lot. Bias profiling doesn't seem like a job responsibility, here. Unfortunately, I'm sure I'm not the only customer dollar tree lost tonight.
