  • this was my third visit in one year for both vehicles. I had an appointment yesterday morning and everything went like clock work for the exception of the nappy headed mulatto tech that serviced my truck. in past visits he seemed in to himself showboating when he's working, flipping the tire iron when he's breaking a tire showing total disregard for his own safety and his co workers. when my vehicle was ready he approached me in an unprofessional manner to which he was border line racist. upon driving off to cobblestone car to have the truck cleaned up it was brought to my attention that the right rear wheel center cap was missing. I drove back to discount tire and the same tech came out from the shop, I informed him "you guys left out the center cap for on one of the wheels on my truck" he responded "oh ok" then proceeded back to the shop and picked up the missing cap as "if he knew I was returning" and replace back on the wheel and walked away without saying a word. makes me thing how he was brought up in his family to say the least. piss poor unprofessional and total lack of customer service etiquette.
