  • First time at this location and FastMed. The wait time was about an hour, but that's normal. The front desk staff was pretty nice and quick. Dr. Pollei was so awesome. He spent about 30 minutes with me and answered all of my questions. He also made sure to go over my medical history and how that tied into everything. He also went over how to get in touch with a specialist that would be in my insurance network. I left with three prescriptions that he assured me would work until I could see a specialist. Overall, it was a great experience despite the state I was in when I got there.
