rev:text	I'm not one to usually take the time to write reviews but after dealing with Magic Pest Control I had to take the time to do it. When I was looking for a company to treat my scorpion issue I came across them. I called and signed up their year contract which I was told included "dusting entire exterior wall, spraying 10ft past property line and taking every other electrical outlet off through the house and dusting behind it". Hearing that this was part of their treatment when they would come out I was happy to pay more for their service. They sent there employee out for the first treatment. He was very nice however he didn't dust the exterior of the outside wall, spray anywhere other then in the yard and never took one cover off inside the house to dust behind. I called down to their office before my next months appointment to let them know what had happened. I was told by Lisa that she would talk to the other manager and get back to me. Well after 3 days I had not one call back. I then called back down to follow up and let them know I had found a scorpion inside the house. My contract states that "at anytime if you find a scorpion then they will come out immediately and treat", however when I called on 7/16 I was told they couldn't come until 7/24. After talking with the manager Gloria she understood why I was upset and set they would have them come out Monday 7/20 between 11-1 and not only dust in the room it was found but do my full months treatment that was originally scheduled for 7/31. After taking off work to be there between 11-1 they ended up not showing. So at 1:50 I called their office. They put me on hold and came back saying "he's running 20 mins late and the time window we gave you was 11-2". Now I run my own business and time management is very big to me. I can without a doubt guarantee you they told me 11-1. Besides the point he still wouldn't have been there until 2:10 according to them and I had to go to a meeting at 3. So I rescheduled to have them come out the next day 7/21 between 11-1. The guys shows up at 12:30. I'm happy he's finally there after all the run around I had gone through. He starts inside and dusts behind 2 outlets in the room I found the scorpion the week before. He comes out and says "ok I'm ready to dust outside and I'll be out of here". I asked him what about spraying the base boards and the outside of the house? He says that's not what he was told to do. I had him call down and was treated with such disrespect by the office managers Lisa and Gloria that i demanded I be let out of my contract without any penalty. I will never use this company again. They lie about what comes with the service you get and when you argue with them they just blame the last person you talked to for giving you the wrong information. I've never been so pissed off and had my time wasted then I have had with this company. Do not use them!!!!
