  • So it was my first time here. I moved to the Charlotte area from Buffalo. Originally I came in for a pedicure and manicure. They didn't have the diamond dip stuff I was looking for. I waited for about 25mins before someone came over to turn the water on for the pedicure. The girl did a good job on the pedicure. Even did my nails while I sat waiting. Apparently nobody understood what it was I wanted. And after realizing I didn't want a standard manicure the workers proceeded to talk about me, very unprofessional. After it was finally made clear I had the manager on duty come over and tell me once my toes dried I'd be taken care of. After an hour I finally had someone come over to help me out. I was disappointed in the treatment. But the quality of work was good, maybe I'd come back for another try.
