  • This is my 3rd purchase from this store in 11 years. I have always had prompt, courteous and no-pressure sales (because I knew what I wanted). On this trip (1/13/16), I bought 2 recliners. When the sales lady approached, she asked if I had anything in mind. I asked to see the recliners that were advertised in the paper. She showed them to me. Well, the one was too light for my tastes. And, the other was too firm. But, luckily, they are several others at the same price and I found one that I wanted. However, while I went out to get my 80 y.o. mother to show her the chair that she would like, the saleslady had gone to help another customer and we had to wait about 7 minutes. So, had that not happened, this review would have been 5 stars.
