  • This was our first visit and right off the bat I became annoyed when I found out that they couldn't tell me if they had all of the records that I had faxed them weeks before. Apparently they had just started a new computer system and was is in the midst of changing everything over. It also was taking quite a long time to get called back. So I have to honestly say when we walked in to the examination room I was already prepared to re-examine our decision to move our care here. However after Scott (the PA) came in and began his questioning I became impressed. He had already reviewed the documents that we had sent and he patiently listened to our history - only asking questions when he needed clarification. He spent an hour with us even before Dr. Tesser came in. When Dr. Tesser arrived they worked as a team while they discussed our case. They both were very patient and answered our questions thoroughly and made sure to explain everything in terms we would understand. Afterwards they ordered a battery of tests and instilled in us some hope. I feel very confident that they will be able to help us and the only reason for the 4 vs 5 review is purely from the office staff in the first hour we were there. Of course I will update my review as time goes on but so far I would highly recommend!
