  • The staff was washing each others' hair during our appt. Although our tech was kind and sweet, the rest of them were completely unprofessional. I think the chipping of the polish can be attributed to the inferior quality of the products used. I can't believe I paid over 40$ for the two of us. The ice cream is not a scoop in a cone, but a little cup with the paper lid pulled off. Too bad, it's a nice concept, but very poorly executed, especially for a place like Hilldale.
