  • Awful customer service!!! I was in there with my 91 year old Mom to shop the senior day sale and was told my small backpack purse had to be checked at the front desk, I showed her the inside so she would see it was full of the usual stuff you carry in a purse money, make up, comb, etc etc I told her I wouldn't check it in because of the money, license, card etc etc hen she says would you mind letting us check it before you leave which I said no but then I got really pissed and told my mom lets get out of here. I have donated thousands of dollars worth of stuff and spent almost as much in the 20 plus years I've been going to Savers I will never set foot in a Savers again!!! KEEP YOUR OVERPRICED CRAP I HAVE NO NEED OF IT BE CAREFUL TO CHECK FOR BEDBUGS ALSO
