  • I love Blo in Annapolis, MD, so I was happy to find out there was a Blo within ten minutes of my hotel in Toronto. This salon does not compare. Very disappointing. Showed up 10 minutes early for my 4:45 appt as directed. Barely received a greeting and had to get someone's attention after waiting 15 minutes. She shrugged and said no one was ready to take me and that it would be at least another 10 minutes. My stylist was fine and I'm happy with the results, but if this were my 1st experience with Blo, I'd never try it again.
