  • I had the worst experience at Hollywood lanes. The employees were incredibly unfriendly and rude. My boyfriend bought a coupon for bowling there and the employee refused to let us use it. When I asked him to explain why we could not use it he said he couldn't tell me. When I told him that there was nothing in the small print saying we could not use it that day, he again refused to tell us why we could not use it. He then proceeded to ignore us and we had to ask multiple times for bowling shoes (after reluctantly paying). I will definitely never go back.
